• Each tour requires a minimum of 4 participants and has a maximum capacity of 10. If the minimum number is not met, Rock n Stroll Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.
• Tours may be postponed or cancelled in cases of extreme or potentially dangerous weather, including high winds, ice, or driving rain. Such decisions will be made at the discretion of the tour manager, who will notify participants as soon as reasonably possible. In the event of cancellation, full refunds will be processed within 3 banking days.
• We recommend attendees wear appropriate footwear and clothing suitable for the variable British weather. Our tours include inclines, steep hills, and uneven paths, which may pose challenges for individuals with mobility issues or disabilities. Please carefully consider these factors before booking.
• Participation is at your own risk. Rock n Stroll Tours cannot accept responsibility for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the walking tour.
• If you have specific requirements or requests, please submit these in writing via our contact page at least 48 hours before the tour begins. While we will do our best to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee that specific individual or accessibility needs will be met in every circumstance. A copy of the tour route is available upon request.
• Tours are approximately 2 hours long and involve walking on uneven terrain and inclines.
• Participants should ensure they are physically capable of completing the tour.
• Rock n Stroll Tours is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by events outside our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Content on the tour has been closely researched, however, you are taking part in an experiential walk, where the guides are giving personal accounts and recollections of their experiences to the best of their knowledge.
